How to serve and opening can

We need ;

-Tray with napkin
-Straw
-Tumbler / Goblet
- Carbonated drink (can)


Steps to serve and opening can ;

1) Put goblet , straw , and carbonated drink in a tray .

2) Put the goblet and straw side by side .

3) Ask the guest whether the guest want to open the carbonated drink by self or by the waiter .

4) If the guest want the waiter to open its , slip the index finger of your dominant hand under the ring. Next, rest the thumb of your dominant hand on the tab.

5)  Press down with your thumb while pulling your index finger up and toward yourself in an arcing motion .

6) Serve to the guest .

How to Fillet Fish


A fish fillet, from the French word filet  meaning a thread or strip, is the flesh of a fish which has been cut or sliced away from the bone by cutting lengthwise along one side of the fish parallel to the backbone. In preparation for filleting, any scales on the fish should be removed.

Ingredient :

- Steam Seabass fish .

Equipments :

- Fish knife
- Fork knife
- Dinner plate 


Steps to fillet steam fish ;

1.Make a cut between the head and the tail .

2. Cut the both side of the fish . Replace the leftover to another plate .

3. Peel / removed the skin of the fish and put the skin aside .

4. Cut the fish into 2 part and remove the fish from the bone .

5. Make sure the fish did not have any bone before put at the Dinner plate.

6. Turn the fish .

7. Repeat 3 - 5 steps .

How to open sparkling juice


Sparkling juice is carbonated drinks.Which is non alcoholic drinks .


Steps to open sparkling juice ;

1. Chill the bottle well prior to opening. A bottle that is not properly chilled will push the cork out on its own and will foam up and out of the bottle aggressively, making a mess and wasting sparkling . Wipe the bottle using serving cloth 

2. The label of the sparkling juice must facing to the host .

3. Introducing the ingredients of the bottle (sparkling juice)
  
     Waiter : Excuse me sir , This is your white sparkling juice ,        Non sugar added , Non preservatives , non alcoholic . May i          serve you now sir ? .
     
     Host : Yes please .

4 . After get the permission to open the sparkling juice , Take out the corkscrew and notch around the cork cover . After done , peel the cork cover (gold) and keep the cork cover and corkscrew in pocket .

5. Twist the retaining wire on the wire cage six half-turns counter-clockwise. The cork may be pushed out by the pressure any time after the basket is loosened, so apply firm pressure with your thumb on the top of the basket. If your sparkling was adequately chilled, the cork will rarely if ever get pushed out on its own.

6.Either leaving the sparkling cage on the cork or removing it, put your thumb on top of the cork and grasp it with the rest of your hand. While holding the cork steady, firmly twist the bottle with your right hand. It is most comfortable to do this with the bottle held at a 45 degree angle and balanced on your side or hip.

7.When the cork starts to come out, slow its exit with your left thumb, allowing it to barely pop out. The goal of this operation is to barely make a sound when the cork comes out.

8. Serve the sparkling juice to the host .
