How to make Salad Tossing

We need :

* Ingredient

- Salad ( tear the salad)
- Carrot ( Fine Julienne)
- Tomato cherry ( cut into 2 )
- Boiled eggs ( cut into 4)
- Lemon juice
- Seasoning (salt and pepper)

* Equipment

- Serving gear ( Dinner spoon and fork)
- Wooden Spoon ( 2 )
- Soup Tureen (Medium) – 1 ( To place the salad)
- Cereal bowl – 4 ( To place the tomato cherry , carrot , coiled egg and lemon juice)
- Cocktail / Salad Bowl – 1 ( for tossing salad)
- BB Plate – 2 ( to place wooden spoon and serving gear)
- Appetizer Plate - 1 ( To place salad tossing )

* All the ingredient must take using serving gear 

First step : Take Salad , Carrot , Tomato cherry , a spoon of lemon juice and put inside salad bowl.

Second step : Replace the serving gear with Wooden Spoon . Toss the salad using wooden spoon .

Third step : For the seasoning , put a little bit of salt and pepper . and toss the salad again

Forth step : Use serving gear to put the salad at the Appertizer plate and Lastly , decorate the salad with boiled eggs .
